Back in Haarlem

Okay, I'm not up-to-date yet, but I really wanted to let the folks in the US know what it looks like to be back in Haarlem. Imke and Lori helped to make this little photo-story, that way you can also see the proportions. A lot of things are smaller here! I also added English summaries to the last stories on the blog and I will continue to do that with the stories that are coming in between (San Francisco, New York, Rhode Island, we've seen it all...).the street is about as wide as an average sidewalk in Irvineand the cars are adjusted to the size of the streets...

bedroom of the girls, with little matrasses for now... their bunkbeds are on their way

Hugo at the dining/kitchen table, the kitchen is behind the low wall (Lori is in it)
Lori and Imke on the bench in front of our house. Notice the bikes, we had to borrow some because ours are still on the boat...
Lori on the balcony and Imke in the garden
little playground in front of the house, our house is hidden behind the tree
